hi all

any you people got any ideas here for staff contracts

only we have a domestic Cleaning Business alongside our other group

prob is we get some staff taking the Pi..  and claiming SSP one for nearly two months now any one got ideas on a contract for staff that cannot abuse or haul us up to the tribunal

we would love to dismiss her we have been more than fair .


Staff Ay who ever said dont go Agency the only people i see taht make good money at this seems to be agency

Have got a contract that was drawn up by a solicitor.  So basically you do n ot employ them they are subcontracted.  It is all legal.  My friend who owns a security company gave it to me.

I can send you a copy, but it is only on paper and is to long for me to type out.  If you are interested give me your address and i will send it to you.

We have started to use it, as some of our cleaner are a nightmare and it seems to be working

Why not upload the relevant document to the download section to stop utopia recieving endless requests to forward stuff.
