Anybody used this prochem product on upholstery? Been given some to try, any advise on how to get the best out of it or even how to use it? Any advise/opinions appreciated.

Hi Steve,
It's brilliant stuff, especially on hair oil on the backs of cushions and dirty arms on suites. We tend to use it as a secondary chemical and pre-spray first with SPM and brush it in. If there are residual stains like hair oil we then apply fabric restorer, again scrubbed in with a Tampico brush or mitt.

So do you just mix as instructions on tub, rub in, aggitate with Tampico brush?? Do you rinse with plain water or is acid rinse needed?

Yes, just mix it as per the label and acid rinse.

I've used it as a last resort on greasy carpets as well with great results

this chemical really comes into its own on cotton prints, there is no chemical on the market that has the same dramatic brightening effect. We do clean a lot of curtains with it as well.

How do you think it would perform on a suite 73% acrylic 27% polyester?

Take care around wood as it will stain, worktops around sinks when filling I dripped some and did not realise and had a claim for resurface of one. but its just the best product for sofas.
