Me again, think ive got verbal diarrhoea tonight. Well im using my wfp for the second time tomorrow on an old peoples home,(first time clean with wfp) I did one last week and it was terrible spots everywhere.
When i use it i spray the windows,  then brush them, then i take the bush off and rinse them. Is this the correct way as ive heard someone say leave the brush, on and bing it in downward strokes on the window when rinsing. ?

Don't spray at high pressure - you'll bring down muck from the top frame and possibly even the brick work.

As a general rule keep your brush on the glass.

this is how i do mine

1. give glass a light spray, this in my opinion helps cool the glass down in the hot

2. put brush on window pane and go around the edges

3. leave brush on pane and go up and down across the pane

4. lift brush off pane, rinse going from side to side coming down the pane BUT making sure water does really hit the top of the window frame

walk away, its tricky in my opinion with this heat, i washed some on tuesday and they had been in the sun all day and steam came off them

Matt - surely you scrub the top frame where it meets the glass first - before you do anything else?

nope, i find it easy enough to avoid the top of the window, i allways thought that the tops of the windows were where all the trouble is, those damm vents

yes thats the trick, it washes away all the dirty water with a good rinse

You must go to the top of the window, if not then there would be dirt left. Are you saying that you go to the top but just leave the top frame out?

yes i run the brush along the top of the GLASS, i dont touch the frame, of course it sometimes touches the beveled beading of the window, but i never purposely do the frames
