Its a right bugger paying out and having lazy staff don't help either. I've been there mate, left for 6 years to pastures greener, now I'm back starting all over again

Maybe there's another underlying problem that's more to do with your inner world than your exterior world?

Possibly - no definately - I'm still a works in progress,  but since you pointed that fact out to this poor fellow (ie me), maybe the same could be said of you?

But I think you're getting confused; I'm not judging; I'm quoting Senneca (a Roman philosopher born shortly after Christ) on what he said about people who change people, places, and things because they're unhappy with a given situation.

Senneca taught adjusting yourself to the environment, rather than adjusting the environment to suit yourself.  It's called Stoic philosophy.

Cant you sub to someone rather then employe, I dont like doing builders cleans, Bad payers have been dropped or passed on just cream now,I dont do end of tennancies either....
