I have got an ionics pro-3 system, and have been having problems getting a low tds reading since i have had it, i have had nothing but problems with there customer services, they dont seem to want to help me, i have paid all this money for it and i expect more from them, i wish that it hadnt wasted my money paying for a name.

What seems to be the problem?  There is quite a lot of experianced users on here, and I am sure one of them may be able to help you out.
