would you pay to join CIU, say 5 per year, for this it was independent and u could say what u wanted with out the fear of getting banned, (except for personal attacks), as there seems to be the opnion that they are bowing down to advertisers by having certain threads deleted

still plenty of good info on here amongst the drivel when i started
in 2006 this forum amongst others was a great help especially at
putting through the idea of wfp.

i dont see much new info on here these days after three yrs of being
a member but it still serves a purpose for others.

i just come on here now for a nose and for a laugh at the more witty
posters.

i would pay if the vetted people more carefully, people come on here but never post, why? cos all they do is find out info i:e prices and areas covered, and then they go out and undercut people, to many people are spying :

i pay on a football forum but this os for running the server due top the large amount of fans. they also dont not allow adverts on the forum either.

to me this site is run for profit whereas the site i use isn't and money is donated to charity and stuff and also the running of server.

Spot on, I know of 9 competitors of mine that use this forum, I know there log in names and can see when they come on but never post, that is why I use certain forums for certain questions

I'm guessing it is CM your on about. If so I didn't renew because I grudged paying again, and I would be against it here. Who would have access to the funds, would there be acounts published so all members knew where the money was or what it had been spent on.
