Steve is right, the TDS reading of the waste water is vastly higher than the the original source water, all you will do is overload and wear out your membranes and resin far quicker than you should. And if try to route the waste through the membranes on a continuous loop the waste water will continue to become so contanimated you will ruin your membranes in very short order.
You can get an R/O that will work at a ratio of 1:1 and remove all bar the tiniest amount of Disolved solids, but that will cost you over £400.
You could always but a flow restricter in the waste pipe, I'm not sure what will happen to your membranes if you force them to work at a different ratio of pure to waste than they were designed forthough
