wfp from car ?

What is the best set up for wfp running from a car ?  I am buying a 125 ltr trolley , but  I need to produce pure water immediately !  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated   ;D

I would have thought a smaller trolley or a backpack would be more suited when working from a car.
The 35litre trolley would most likely fit behind the front and rear seats.

Backpack, barrels and pole strapped to roofbars has to be the best option for a car in my opinion.
