What do you guys think of the design? all thoughts welcome!!

supposed to be double sided with the landscape one on one side but cant decide on the other side. can you help?

Love the flyer designs, nice and simple.

Only tips from me would be to remove the bit about No management charges, etc because you are putting a negative in front of people that they probably haven't even thought of.  Messages on a flier should be positive.

Plus, and its a big plus from me - Will people please STOP CHARGING £11.50 PER HOUR!!!

You will never be able to have decent staff because you won't make a profit unless you pay them minimum wage and domestic clients are fussy and changeable so you will struggle to be flexible with such a low hourly net profit even at minimum wage rates.

I would like to say thx to diane.  your comments are all correct and i will ammend the design accordingly. 

Dash, i havent even got them printed yet.  looking at sending them to print within the next 4-6 weeks.  i havn't started the business up yet.  just doing all the prep work now while i wait for funds to become avaliable to get things off the ground.

aww ok, well if you need any help feel free to contact me, we are a fairly new business our self so I'm always happy to help if you get stuck.

As regards to prices, where abouts are you based? Prices can vary depending on the area, but i think 11.50 is still low regardless of where you are. We in Doncaster and even here you can get people to pay more.

I bet you are well pleased with them leaflets they look really good,

what are you wanting them to do, get people on this forum to pay you compliments or bring in work?

if you want to get a good return forget what looks 'arty' and 'stylish'. design another leaflet which actually sells your company.

 those leaflets will win design awards but will not bring in work

I don't see the relevance of the water to domestic cleaning service being offered. My first impression was it was a leaflet for window cleaning or something similar.

yeah water reference is odd in how it's used. to me the water suggests clean but it's not used correctly. try replacing it with some random lady smiling
