Hi all
Has anybody had to supply a copy of there quality policy/procedures when submitting a quote, also copies of traing records to demonstrate competence of staff,ive recently submitted my quotation for a large council contract ,sent all info off i.e safe contractor cert and nfmw&gc,risk ass& method statement, and all ins docs etc,but they faxed me back on fri asking for the above mentioned details,has anybody else had to do this if so could i please have a look at it or could you maybe explain how to do it,it would be much appreciated.
