Excellent Derek I like it, would think about getting a better FSC tho, like techcleans or whirlaway as its easier and more comfortable to use on larger jobs than one attached to your lance. As for water we always use the customers but take some in the tank aswell as theres nothing worse than crap water pressure and standing around waiting for your tank to fill up so you can keep going.

Looks good Derek, i would agree with using customers water and discount if they are on a meter. And with regards to a USP try and make that the quality of the service you offer!!!
