Doing Well
« on: April 06, 2010, 04:51:06 pm »
Met a fellow window cleanner last night at his unit.

He started 5yrs ago and bought a tank off another friend of mine. In the five years he now has 6 new Viviro vans with ionic thermo pure systems in, and was driving a large top of the range new range rover.

He says they produce 4,000 ltrs per hour.

Just goes to show how he has grown in 5yrs.

But how much dept I dont know.

Two of the vans came back last night about 9:00pm and the other's were parked up.

About a year ago a very wealthy lady rang me to do her windows and Reflections used to do them. They had a 2 million pound extenstion put on since.

Dose Paul still do domestic jobs?

I couldn't even do the theory on this kind of growth, and believe me i've tried.

The maths doesn't work, nearly one fifth taken in VAT, Two fifths in wages, one tenth in premises costs , takes you to 70% of turnover accounted for and then there is the cost of the vans and down time due to weather etc.
