run a small firm - clockwork cleaning.

60% commercial.

mainly window cleaning, conservatory valets & office cleaning.

basically i mainly aim for the commercial window cleaning side of things and im trying to find a cleaning company that might be in the same boat as me? - im always getting asked for a good cleaner, and i guess some of you cleaner are getting asked for a good window cleaner.

so if thats the case for anyone then maybe we can swap some recommendations?

Hi Martin,

Im not from Gloucester. But I was in the same boat as you many years ago.

I think the best way for you to profit is sometimes go where the market is taking you. This maybe considered as a side step but possibly not.

We still do window cleaning, WFP, Trad, even carpet cleaning, but are 96% Office cleaners. I dont touch domestic work.

Why dont you if you get asked for office cleaning expand. Then gradually take on some staff. Teach them to do both windows and office cleaning to give them the hours.

I dont know how you find it but in the winter months we could not alway earn money window cleaning. With offfice cleaning it 24/7 all year round.

I am happy to give you guidence on the office cleaning side if you need any thing.
