little help please!!!!!

i was wondering if anyone out there can help me
im looking to buy out the bloke i work with due to difference of oppinions, anyway i dont quite know how much to offer him
the rounds worth between £1700 - £1800 per month
and equipment worth about £1100 - £1200

any help with this would be much appreciated

Hi Gary,

Loads of people will have a difference of opinion on this one.

Has he already agreed to sell you it? Why don’t you split it between you? If not, people ask all different prices for their rounds i.e. 1.5 times the value, 2 times the value and even 3 times the value.

If he just wants out it may be easy on you. I would offer 2  times his monthly cut of the round and 50% off the cost of equipment. However, that is you working for two months without any income if you know what I mean.

Know doubt, you will get other opinions, but good look in your venture.

There wiil be lots of opinions on this but it does seem to be in the region of 3 or 4 times monthly income (check on www.window-cleaning.biz/buy.htm ) but one massive advantage you have is (presumably you know the work and customers)  you should have no problems with customers leaving because they do not want a different window cleaner etc.

If your buying offer as low as you think he will go.

Dont start at 3X start at 1X and see his responce
