domestic cleaning times
« on: April 03, 2010, 06:20:58 pm »
hey everyone,

just working on my pricing template for regulat house cleans, i saw post earlier about time it takes to do every room etc, Diane did a break down but i can find which topic it was, so i'm just wondering if some one could give me a rough break down they use when pricing regular domestic jobs.

We use a tempalte for one off cleans etc, but i guess it will be much more different to regular house cleans.

Hi Dash

Here's my breakdown again.  Hope it helps.

  Bathrooms (20 mins)
  WCs (10 mins)
  Kitchens (40 mins)
Living Rooms, Bedrooms, etc (20 mins)

These times are for a maintenance clean not the first time you clean it as that can be more like one off clean timings.

You will need to add a bit if they want fortnightly rather than weekly though.

Cheers

Diane,

Thanks for ur help once again. I understand that those times are for the regular/maintenance cleans.

I hope you had a good Easter. Weather is wonderful this year.
