van ports and ratchet straps?

wheres the best place for these?

lots buy them off ebay, personally i would only get them
from a load and restraint company you can guarantee they
have been proof tested and you should be receive a cert
to guarantee the minimum breaking load.

get 5tonne straps these will have been proof tested to
destruction and normally give a ratio of 6:1.the metal
components are the weakest component and should
be rated at 2:1

spend decent money and they will do the job and last

just because they are off ebay, doesnt mean they are not up to the job, ebay has turned into a global market place these days, i got mine of a company that is and supplies haulage companies ( they are the real mackoy )

Your welcome, I was'nt on the ball, we have 6m lenth ratchets 1000kg load @ 17.90+.

craig do you sell just the ports? i bought a bracket off you at windex that was blank and im now struggling to find the ports (please read im a bit lazy in looking) so i need the female hozelocks please mate

lot on crap on ebay as well.if you are buying them from a reputable
company that will supply you with the correct comformity certificates
thats all that matters.

just dont buy any old crap because its cheap.i bought some straps
a couple of years ago when i recieved them i wasnt sure so took
themback to my old company where they have a 100tonne ram
for force testing and the fittings failed way below their m.b.l.

please dont buy the rubbish or there is a reasonable chance
it might kill you
