Everyone has been very happy with the results of there windows with my wfp.
 One said the ladder monkey has been coming for 5 years and never seen them this shiny before as what they look like now,they look like new and the frames do too!
 Another one said blimey you clean frames and sills and not just wipe with a dirty cloth.
 Another one said Blimey you have a van and uniform
 Another one im glad you dont use ladders as they are so dangerous.
 Does anyone else get comments like this??

i constantly get those comments, i got a new one the other day off a new customers young son of about 10, he commented on how nice it was to have a window cleaner who actually smiled. he was only ten and this meant more than most as kids dont usually lie.

 It goes a long way if you ask me to get good comments and if i do get these then i usually go out of my way to give them a better service. One thing i do is i give all of my custmoers kids a selection pack each christmas, this really pays off for me as not only do the kids love it but so do the parents. I have grown over 70-80% of my work off recommendations alone

which one lammy? i moved onto another one the other day after a few calls, the local cleaner knows 'gangsters' hahahahaha got to love them mate.

if your on about the one where i got some calls due to the smelly cleaner then im doing well. only cleaned them once so far but i have had one more enquiry and also 2 conny cleans to do, oh and one of the origianl people who called me rescheduled from every 12 weeks to every 3 weeks as she was so happy with my job

Firstly I have never liked her, secondly the job was underpriced and last she was a messer ie not today theres a cloud in the sky.
