hi folks what price would you charge for gutter,fascia and soffit cleaning on this property,front and back,back is the same as the front no awkward ext or conservatorys

£70 to £80. Possible £10 discount if I could do it at short notice - eg a day with light rain.

I would be charging this in Leicester, I would probably charge this in Essex too.
I work on £5 per metre and by the looks of that its approx 23-24 metres in total.

I would charge 50 quid what I do is count the saddles on the gutter they are 1 metre apart X 5 pound.That would be my price.

i done a similar house in cumbria.

emptied gutters, cleaned gutters, fascias & soffits. i did it for £50 took an hour & a half.

i always charge £40 each side  it averagely works out to be £5 a meter, which is a quick rule to use.
