Mine runs from a 80 quid 850 watt 2 stroke genny. I could have run it from the 1000watt inverter but was concerned about flattening the leisure batteries.

gonna sound thick now cos i'm not following this but.....
they run on diesel or petrol but need electric, again, could someone explain like there talking to a 10 year old how this is?

the diesel burns but like all things needs a source of oxygen, a hot box has an electric fan to blow air into the combustion chamber, also the diesel is ignited with an electric arc across two pionts which also need electric.

Thats fine - I have a Stephill which is a Honda engined inverter type generator which was about £100 less than the whole Honda unit.

should have my hot box in a week. just been asked to be a contractor for a nhs division doing graffiti removal, pressure washing/ chewing gum removal so will need the hot water. also im tendering for a graffiti removal contract for 3 years. the form is complicated tho but my business colleagues will help me out.
just had a health and safety consultant do all my health and safety stuff and he helped me fill in my tender
