builders cleans

hi can you give me some help please???
I have to quote for cleaning 200 new builds as they are built, removing stickers etc, facias and soffits too. can you please give me a rough idea on pricing. PLEASE
3 bed semis
2 bed bungalows
3 bed det
4 bed det

ALSO
one of these new community hospitals,
builders clean then once a month after that!!
any ideas???

I did a street of 4 bed detached houses as they were finished about 4 years ago. I charged £150 per house. It wasn't enough. When they asked me to do the next street I uped the price and they refused.

Also check every window for scratches before you start as I have done new builds in the past where the windows appear to have come scratched from the factory.

some times, these big jobs aint worth the hassle,  like you said you might be better stick to regular work, i worked on a pizza hut as a labourer when i first moved to cornwall, and they got 5 ladies in to do a builders clean,,  took them double the time they thought and it wasnt even that big
