You can always search for files on your computer.

You can search by:

* file name

* file type (by typing *.doc or *.pdf etc which will bring up filas of that type.)

* word or phrase in the file.

In your case, search for files containing the word "invoice" should find them pretty quickly.

Or have you deleted them by accident?

there actually ones that people have sent to me from here they have come in pdf form n when iv saved them they havent actually saved into my microsoft word files im not the best on computers either haha

no it will print out plain, it will automaticaly add the amount you put in the descriptions bar to the total amount or you can take that option off
