See the trouble in advance.
« on: March 13, 2010, 10:12:45 pm »
I started shining some time ago now. I could see all the messes from day one and at least after the first month. Just by the way they go about things. Once  a messes always a Messer. Same of them I thought I would just push through for the cash but by the end of one year they were still the problem custies, Bad payers, cancel at the front door and complaining and moaning about nothing. Just generally unhappy people in there lives. Thank God their are not to many of them.  Every windy that moves on, is no good and every new one is the savour. I have found this in most of my previous businesses as well. Pity one needs to weed through these waste of space folk to build a round, Chatting to other windies find they have all had a go. Just a observation have any one also found this types in there area.

i only have one real messer, she lives in the biggest house on one of my estates and i also clean her husbands comercial unit and there not shy of a few pound, absolute pain in the arse though and if her husbands unit wasnt worth so much to me then id drop her, she always moans about the price and always asks for me to call back. cant wait to drop her.

Other than that though i do have agreements with certain customers where they pay every 4th clean or similar. i also know when people are genuine and dont have any money and i always say its ok ill just double up next time and there happy with that.

To me the real pain is going back a few times and always an excuse it cost more to collect than its worth. But I thought I would give them a change to redeem themselves I feel the strike system coming on strong. I don’t need this crap in business. I have worket for myself in business for 30 odd years and wasters are always the same. I am inclined to take no prisoners so I have to work at giving a chance to all them costumers with a problems and I am not talking of those who have been made redundant. That is not there fault, I do have compaction. Just sloppy moan asses.I  have heard it all before.Smile it a great life friends. ;D :D ;D :D ;) ;)

I was asked by this particular moaner to clean her conny roof on my next visit this visit was yesterday) i gave her a low price as it was already very clean so only needed a quick scrub and a rinse, she then went on to tell me that the fella who did it last was one of her relatives who her husband part owns his business, after all her moaning about my prices and me telling her that i should be charging a lot more, she then told me that her family business charged her 4 times as much as me :o i just laughed at her and shook my head whilst walking off with my WFP

i learnt my lesson with a guy who approached me when i was on the street. first off he spoke in theatrical victorian style " i wish to employ your services if i may be so honoured " and later gave me such a runaround to get my money it was like something from Beadles about , with him telling me where he had hidden the money and joe muggins here going looking in old bookshelves in his garage

It's always the same customers that give problems.
I hate the ones that don't answer the door when you know for certain they are in.
OK you knock, and you wait thinking they may be on the loo or something.
You maybe there for three or four mins, you could have cleaned 3 windows on the next house in the time you were waiting. that's £3 you have lost waiting to get paid, all for nothing. these customers are costing us big time, and as it's the same ones it adds up to quite a bit over a year.
There are three customers of mine that are about to become ex customers. I just can't afford to keep them on.

I only have a small round as not long been wc ing . And i drop bad payers soon as i have troubles with them. I had one lady (third clean) watch me take my pole off un reel the hose clean two of her up stairs windows. Then she disappears from the ground floor window and gets her 9 year old son to tell me to leave it till next time. So im knocking on the door and would she come out ,no. I also have this nervy lady that does this rekey noncence. If I call on her for payment she will never open the door but chooses to talk through the letter flap it just annoys me after 2 years I am sure I am not a rapist. If she does come to the window she always looks as if her dog died. God, I do not know why people are so miserable with there life. Has no one told her life is terminal.

Life is actually a sexuially transmitted disease with a 100% mortality rate.

I wrote off her £7.50 about 4 years ago after she flat refused to pay me. Apparently it rained only 10 mins after I had been. Needless to say I never went back.

Got a phone call last week from guess who.

I didn't click right away, not until I pulled up outside her house, I spotted her through the window and knocked on the door.

She must have remembered me 'cause she never answered. Makes me wander how many of my competitors she has diddled.

Stupid old boot
