Joe how are you pressurising the water?
Does it use a pump?
I didn't notice a pump on the jacket.

now if you had a L5 and put warm water in it from your van tank, now your talking

I would have thought it to be less stress on your back compared to a traditional BP

it works just like any other backpack, i have kept a few details secret   it can have a 40 psi pump or 100 psi  any colour, i wont convince everyone, but over time everyone will see that i am right, just a little history of the backpack idea for those who might not know, the back for w/c was born, becouse jeff brimble and lewis doubtfire (bladerunner)  they worked so hard to achieve this, then suddenly many months later the shurflo appeared, yes their ideas where scritinized and developed, and i still have the pictures today of there backpacks prototypes, so thanks to these 2 budding inventors the electric backpack was born, they inspired me a lot, thanks guys

Looks a good idea though.  Just wondering what the method for refilling is.  I see there is a cap on the front so can you easily refill without removing the 'tank'?

john, you refill where the red cap is, i time it, 1 min to refill using my 12v transfer water pump, or refill direct from customers tap with di vessel, or direct from your vehicle,

hot water users will be very warm in winter, and it will keep you cool in summer, as a cold water user i have been wearing a jumper, so i dont feel any cold water on my body,

they are not as easy to punture as you think, just as tough as any backpack, plastic backpacks get punctured all the time, and are not easy to repair, yes puncture kits would be available and the repairs would be instant, the mk2 version is praticaly industructable

I can see pros and cons to it.  I don't think it's for me but well done on the innovation Jo.  I like the way that the weight would be more evenly distributed rather than all on the back.  I would hate to fall over while wearing it as I would probably resemble a giant turtle waving its legs in the air    .   Apart from that, I'm fat enough already without any artificial enhancements.  I'm sure quite a few people (with better backs than I) would go for it.

stan, it is very flexable, you can move freely, bend down, pick things up, i will make some good quality videos showing it being used in real situations,

would it jason? never thought of that one, do you mean for spraying protective coats ect, am still working on a price yet

Yes would be good for protection ,  and for prespraying carpets. I would buy one tomorrow if available.
