Try Halfords.they just have got a new stand of bits and bobs in small packets.

If you cannot get them because they will always come off. Punch a mark on the axel 4 mill from the end drill a 2 mill hole and put a washer over with a split pin thought the hole, you have just drilled. Good luck mate.

Telboy print the pic off and take it into B+Q or Halfords or a small engineering firm, go to google type in something like engineer and name of your town, take a trip round the local industrial units, there will be something like what you need, we've got shedloads here, bolt and tool supply companies.
Take a pic with you then the guy on the counter can identify it for you.
