how to make friends and influence people eh?

my friend you may have thought you were being clever or funny but in my humble opinion I think most times it backfires

for what it is worth I have bought work from Paul and found his integrity to be unquestionable..immediately answering any queries and extremely friendly .. so it is a shame to see a negative posting..he is extremely well thought of by his customers that I  have taken over due to his bad back...

so I can understand why he is trying to go down the canvassing route and having met him I think he will do very well
I for one, would be happy to use him
