My prayers are with your country. We are all outraged.

Is cider on special offer at your local Spar?

Graham, it's not going to make any difference who's in power.

These "people" are out to disrupt and scare our society, and it matters nothing to them who controls our country or what we do to try and prevent this.

It's a sad fact, but no matter how many people say "We are not afraid" and "We'll carry on as normal" it will probably never feel that safe in London for a long time, if ever.

Today, it appears we were lucky, but if it reaches smaller cities other than London, who's going to feel safe then?

No government can help that.

Cheers, Roger.

I too despair at the feeblemindedness of our lords and masters, they are slaves to political correctness.
Human rights, animal rights, none exist, there are only privaledges that we either allow or give within our society.
And it seems that here in the UK we are happy to give the privaledge of preaching hate against us to extremist muslim clerics, could you see that happening in the States?
I don't think so!
PC thinking more or less originates from the States, but when their securuty is threatened they sure as hell don't let that get in the way of justice!
Neither do the French, no matter how much they squawk about the rights of those in the Union of Europe, when its against their self interest they throw such things out of the window.

And how is this making things for moderate Muslims? Suddenly they are walking down the road and seeing suspicious eyes looking at them everywhere.
Many must be scared now of what might happen to them or their children...

Enough, must go to work...
Not a very 'window cleaning' thread is it?

Mind how you go.

Hey Ian!

I am with you! I think this topic does involve window cleaning in that many live and work in the very areas that are being attacked. And families.

I was really happy today to see that the London police had cracked down on suspects and had photos and took action. And yes; fought back.

Terrorism must be controlled and destroyed. Make them think twice about murdering the innocent.

Unfortunately it is a task that is going to take generations to accomplish because children in terrorist controlled societies are brainwashed and are beleiving in a cause that is purely evil.

It will take action by the innocent muslims that truely are of their faith and are peaceful. Action in what influence they have over others. Remaining silent is sending the wrong message.

Today I listened to the news a lot and that seems to be the advice of the experts.

Politeness and political correctness.(Notice the similarities in spelling?)

From what I gathered today it appears as though changes will come from this horrible tragedy that will improve the fight against terrorism.

Anyone wimpy enough to say "wait; peace is the only way; war and killing will accomplish nothing".

Wake up! We are all at war against terrorism. If we do nothing to stop the murdering of our innocent we are contributing to the crime. We can't leave this task to our children.

Look at the faces of all the greiving people who lost loved ones on the  7th and tell them that doing nothing is the best policy.

And I am not sorry for anything I said. I mean every word. PC has gone too far. Time to reverse too much tolerance. >:(

God Bless the UK and the USA!

I am in your corner always and forever.

Hugs,
