Hi everyone

I do pressure washing and just want to see people in same business where you guys buy your insurance from, and what type of insurance you need.

I have£2 million public liability which is expiring soon and want to buy more comprehensive one to cover cladding & gutter cleaning  and other cleaning related business

I have just been quoted £350 for pressure washing for a sole trader working at ground level! Forget about the cherry picker for a mo.
Last year i paid £210 for employers liability and public liability combined!

Thats with Simplybusiness

I pay £350 from ING 5 mill PL, me up to 2nd storey but further for windows, 2mtr into the ground for drain repairs, this also covers me for carpets, trauma cleaning and needle picks etc. This may seem expensive but it covers all the nasties I get involved in and never went up when I smashed a MD's new car when my ladder blew over  ;D. My bouncy castle PL costs me a grand
