Stick a link in Gaza, I can't believe something with such a lower power consumption can possibly shift that much water along say, 15 or 20 metres of pole hose (the min you need on a trolley) at sufficient pressure to do the job.
Gis' a bit more info dude

10 vertical = 14psi.
Pumping through hose and small bore tubing will be a major problem.
Also check materials. Pumping pure water is not as easy as normal water as far as pump materials go.

I thought that ambient pressure at sea level was 14lb per sq inch.

I think I saw this one - and it couldn't send water above head height - well, that's the clean version anyway

Gaza
The pump needs to push the water up to 100m though the hose.

It will not work when trying to push the water through small bore pipework. Pumping through the hose when laid horizontal, the pump has to overcome the friction losses within the pipe. These increase significantly when the diameter of the pipe is reduced.
Also, you can get a 100psi SHURflo for less than 70 quid now anyway, specifically designed for Water Fed Pole use.
