What about fitting vents in the roof?

Sure I've seen some somewhere on a van equipment site.
Like the spinning ones that you see on buses.

I recently bought some insulation boards for underfloor heating, they are very thin and super efficient, stick them on the roof and the problem should be sorted. Cut out a lot of noise too.

You could try insulation behind the ply lining and on the roof or buy a truck night heater. I have one in my van and no condensation problems at all.

28k van with rust showing? Summat wrong there! Get some paint on the exposed areas quick!

My van is wetter than a fish's wet bits on the inside sometimes, but it doesn't show rust.
It's a game of three halves!

mushroom roof vents

you need air flow, it will cut the condensation down alot

Do a google for underfloor heating +insulation. I bought my stuff at a tile warehouse.
