The picture is awesome how did you know I was in the TA?!  This has just been a bit of good banter for me never meant offend anyone.

I just thought Id let everyone know my work was for sale and what I wanted for it didn't expect a barrage of abuse for doing that but I think Ive taken it well and just chilled out and enjoyed the banter!

Hope you are all doing the same and for your information ebay has sent me a notification saying it is going to remove my listing unless I add a reserve fee of £30000 as stated in my ad so I think Ive been grassed up!!

Never mind think Id be best relisting it with a buy it now if it doesn't sell next week.
S Gibson Im awaiting your told you so!  That ebay rule book you keep in the toilet has come in handy!  :'(

Soooo how comes it is not stating "reserve not met" under the bidding price ???

Or are you regarding it as void & leaving it in Ebays hands now to cancel it? ???

Hi Hitman,

It should do really, but according to Mattywig, Ebay are going to remove the listing unless he adds a reserve, so if he does not add a reserve, & Ebay don`t remove the listing & it sells, then presumably Ebay will be at fault.

Hi Hitman

I`m not absolutely sure, but Wezzy has a point about needing to put the reserve on from the start before bids are placed, so maybe he is still in the brown stuff.

Don`t you just love terms & conditions on these things.

if the he doesnt sell to the winning bidder they can dispue it but nothing will happen he will give is reason for withdrawing, do you really think ebay WILL MAKE HIM SELL IT FOR SAY £4500??

never mind ebay rules or the law, he is under a higher law as a JW and as he knows and as someone else quoted his yes has to mean yes, or does Matty not beleive this.
I still think its fraud, as after a winning bidder pays on paypal and he doesnt hand over the "goods" or round imo
But the JW law is fact and could end up as a very serious issue for Matty his relationship with God or his wife etc
You never know it might go for the 30k
