Thanks for the help/emails/advice everyone, spent a couple of hrs with Brian at extracta, he was really helpful and had alot of knowledge of pumps, vacs etc, no hard sell at all, I also chatted to a cc that had and still used an extracta for 14 years, my opinion was, its a good solid built machine that does what it says, so I bought one, I will use it for the time being and see how I go, maybe in time I will try/buy a higher powered machine and use this as a back up.

They are nice people at Extracta.... I take it you're buying the "Scrubba Deluxe" too? It's a good system and in my opinion, the Scrubba is underrated....!

Hi, have used Extracta Excel and in comparison my Alltec Advance out performs it,as my scorpion does also.

     Regards Rob

Hi Rob

Could you recommend a supplier for the Alltec machine.

Cheers

Yorky

You buy them direct from Alltec

Cheers mate would you know if they are ok with aftersales back up and servicing. Sorry if you don't have the machine and it's a question for one of the other guys.

They've got a good reputation on the service side, their technicians are top notch.

As for aftersales, they have been getting mixed reviews lately.

Derek,
I know a few guys that have had their TMs serviced at Alltech and have been happy with the service supplied.  Im not sure exactly what it is though that they replace during either service that they offer.

Richie.

oil, blower oil,  filters and spark plugs probably, not a lot really for £117 but saves me doing it and i'm down there for 3 days so thought i might as well get it done. be nice if they cleaned the waste tank out as well, now thats a difficult job.
