Are there any Wfp ers in Dolgellau
« on: February 12, 2010, 06:10:42 pm »
Hello,
are there any Wfp in or around the Dolgellau area.
I'm doing a job next Thur/Fri and will need 400 ltr of water if I can buy off someone.

I'm looking at staying in a Bb so it saves me going home and coming back again.
Cheers jay

It sure is, I took a sample in Barmouth that only read 19 ppm, you could almost get away with using that. just bring a Di cylinder

I have a static system in garage, and a di in the van. In my last primastar van I had 650 ltr, but in new van I have 350 ltr.
The last time i did this job it was over 2 days and I went home to fill. But if I could get water I would stay over and save time and diesel.

Cheers jay

I just happened to have it in the car, my daughter was drinking bottled water when she had a caravan there, the tap water was purer

That's the problem up here in North Wales, you never know where the water is coming from. My TDS is around 57ppm, in Prestatyn 5 miles away it's near 200[so I've been told], and 25 miles away in Llanduno it's 42.
Ask your sister if she has any mates 5 miles away, their TDS may be a lot less.
You would still get away with DI only, it's only for one job.
