not sure whats up di stage?? on mine it goes through the pre filters then the ro in to tank .
then when i get to the job it comes out the tank through di then through my hose up to the window.
hope this makes sence, if its the same as this you need to change resin in di .

Suds,

If your using a 700ml DI vessel the inner cartridge that holds the resin will be shot, Ive binned my 700ml vessels because they were always going!

If not, I can't help you mate

Do you mean there is no water coming out of the RO?

As Pure Vision says, the only reason that would happen is if there's a blockage somewhere.

Just check through from supply to RO till you find where it is.

had it apart today the problem are the two cartridges after the pre filter stage and just before the the water enters the di chamber.
they seem to be blocked as no water flows beyond that point. the ro,s working fine up until that point
