on the window frames there is dirty marks like somethong has ran on them but wont come off with the pure water from wfp,is there any easy way to get rid of these?

yes you need to buy all the part seperatley, the pad is non scratch, so should take the worse of the dirt of the frames, would also be good for first cleans on the glass after all the dirst has been washed off, not before or it could swirl the dirt and scratch the glass, i just orderd stuff from them, and i forgot to order one,
