I have a lady I do this for - she came out in November to ask me if I could do her top three front windows only - set back with steep tiles beneath. As I work opposite I said fine and clean them every other month for six quid. She's happy, all I do is turn around pole still extended, (oooerr missus ) walk across the cul-de-sac and do them in five minutes tops.

Her windy is trad and rubbish - he just does the glass everywhere else (the upper backs are accessible by ladder) and the cills are minging but she likes to keep him so there it is. She loves the fact that the frames are included by me and I "know" she will eventually ditch him because of his shoddy workmanship and by then she'll trust me.
