Uk commercial cleaning of the dragons den

just been reading my local paper and uk commercial cleaning services are franchising there business around Scotland,wales and the south of England and Ireland it costs £30,000 and for that you get machinery and a new van a depot and key contacts in which to generate business

they will end up with all the asdas, tesco, etc    as all the managers will only deal with head office and pay one bill, they will be able to under cut everyone,

i dont think they will hit the domestic market,   i think that will be hit more by the likes of wc who loss all there big commmercial work to them

hopefully not , saw them on local tv a while ago they were cleaning one of bannatyne's gyms funny though they were using fibreglass poles right bend on them and had another pole with a large trad squegee on the end blading the water off glass

lets face it they will be competing with mitie,initial and the like. there are already national companys out there and we are all surviveing just fine at the minute

30k + a percentage of turnover. Why would you do it. Its window cleaning, don't get much simpler. Waste of money if you ask me

There'll be people who will sign up to it.
Bannatyne didn't get where he is without some business sense and ruthlessness, and it's in his best interest to make it work.

well my contract is 5 years with a view to extend so im not worried 1 tiny bit
