I started to use one of these recently. It is saving lots of water.

I fitted it using a velcro strap.

how do you find using it? with having to loop the hose back round?
do you have it fitted on you pole hose or your main feed hose?
i have one but never used it yet.

You will need to attach your pole hose to it, so you may need to cut the hose.

I found the loop is a pain, but you can make or buy a pole hose tidy. Pure freedom do one. It is much easier to use then.

If they come with the big fan jet attached, I will take any jets not wanted by the buyers.  :)

They do not come with fan jets, they ate craftex carpet cleaning wand triggers with a john guest connector, we manufacture the stainless steel adapter (which most suppliers stock) that fits to the clip which fits the pole, this works well with the craftex trigger.

i use the brodex trigger, it is great, i find that its like a handle at the bottem of the pole and make the work easyier.

Altho it a lot more cash than other, i would totally recommend giving it a try.

The pole does need to be drilled tho!

I wonder if the DIY brigade could use one of these.

It's a trigger valve used on the Numatic carpet cleaning machines. It's plenty strong enough.

You can see it on: http://www.pb-vac.co.uk/spares3.php?spareid=1384

That's the one I bought Wally. The big brass fitting at the endof the black tube is a BIG fan jet.  ;D
