OK the best advice anyone can give you is get one drawn up professionally by an Employment firm.

At a later date it will save you money. trust me.

However if you need one really, really quick the Business Link have a form you fill in. Yes its legal. But I would still go down the line of professionally drawn up.

Heres the link do some reading and they will guide you throuh the process.

If your not already sorted e-mail shaun.causer@newlifecleaning.com with your address and he will stick one in the post for you to copy (he may know how to scan and e-mail it but I don't!)

It's good that you are doing things properly as you would be immediately stuffed if you ended up in an ET without having given your staff one. ... sorry jargon....... employment tribunal.

If you need a handbook he can do that as well but I am sure someone posted one in the documents section a while ago. If you can't find it ask him and he will upload one as it's a *mega* document with all sorts of policy attachements such as bullying / grievance procedures / etc

Best of luck.
