Extra Ecel leaking

Quick Hello to everyone first of all, as this is our first  post here, and my questioned is we have a Extracta excel  machine which is leaking from underneath and was wondering if anybodys got some idea as to why this is happening ? Many thanks for your time and replies. ???

You'll get a better response on the Carpet Cleaning section mate.....

You need to turn the machine upside down, undo the four bolts and inspect it from there. It could be that you have a split which should be easily repairable thanks to it being GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic)

It's most likely from the element fitting a plastic screw on fitting that is notorious for coming loose, u need to unscrew it a put ptfe tape on a make sure it's really tight.
