Shurflo pump
« on: January 13, 2010, 03:04:22 pm »
I need help guys  :)

had my freedom trolley 2 years and changed the battery yesterday for exactly the same battery, now i dont know whether it has just started doing it or it was doing it before but the pump dosnt switch off when i stop the flow, instead it turns on off on off on off on off, now when i have the water flowing it runs completly fine...   tried ajusting the pressure switch but no joy, purefreedom told me to check all wires were connected correctly so tried and still no joy, any ideas you guys, pressure switch, pump or even flow master...

dont want to waste £80 on pump and it turn out not to be the problem

cheers in advance

could be your pressure switch, you can get one from Maplins for about £1.50, worth a try before spending £80

yes, just be careful when taking apart as a spring will pop out.

take the switch to maplin and they will find you  the one.the only differnce is the end connectors you have to change
which takes all of 10 mins.
 as above switch cost 1.50
