My review of Sorbo squeegee's
« on: January 13, 2010, 01:05:11 pm »
I thought I would get a couple of sorbo squeegee's to try them out I got the "QR" handle with a 14" channel and a 22" channel.
My first impression was this feels really chucky and heavy and went to put it in my unger bucket on a belt holder and it did'nt fit!!

So I have used them on house's and large glass shop fronts
I am now really impressed the 14" is great all you need is light pressure on the handle and it glides across the glass very quick gets right in the corners and if you have more rubber on the right of the squeegee there is minimal detailing......
The 22" on shop fronts is great for both downward swipes used with a pole and horizontally from the top left corner leaves no streak marks from the rubber, but one of the pitfuls is that it collects a lot of water in the channel after use so if used inside you could end up with a bit water here and there.
So my Unger squeegees are now going to be spares I hope this helps anyone not happy with there squeegee's

I used  sorbo but after a while went back to unger ergotec ,because it is lighter so less strain on wrist also the rubber is a lot more exspensive.
