Most people should have the common sense to realise that their windows are not going to be cleaned in this weather.
The pen is mightier than the sword (and a lot easier to write with!)

i wont be informing any of my custys.i will get round when i can unless they phone me up for a special appointment!most will understand because of weather/wont care or not want them done in this weather!

i do think however that when the better weather comes they all think that ill get round in 2 weeks(more like 4/5 weeks!) ::) ::)

i am rejigging my round to make sure i clean my 2 monthlies roughly on time with monthlies 3 weeks late ::) ::) ::)
price higher/work harder!

Any of our customers that I am unable to clean for when I have arranged to clean recieve a call, email, note through the door that day or if I know I cannot clean on a particular day in advance they are advised in advance also.

A bit rigid I know but it works for us.

I think its a good idea to tell them, at least it looks like you care about your customers.

I would keep up the good work,
