itll be the smoking thats the problem.the tar sticks horribly to the glass!i used to do a pub insides and they were a nightmare to clean in full glare of the sun.but if we are bein honest theres usually the odd faint line or smudge on the outsides when we ve cleaned them.trad is not perfect just as wfp isnt either! ::)but you would probably get better results with a spray detergent and microfibre fot the insides.

i dont do any insides if i can help it!the price usually puts them off as i usually charge double or half again as i find them more hassle!

I would avoid inside cleans for smokers. Either that or they accept a less than perfect job. I mean, look how it stains other things.

If its smoke thats the problem, add a couple of splashes of household ammonia to your water,.. it cuts through the nicotine staining much better. It is harsh on your skin though, so don't be tempted to use it on every job!
