have been asked to quote to clean a newly refurbished public house/pub place. i have never had any experience with this sort of place so would like some advice before we arrange a meeting as to what to expect.

i have accepted now that with new places we wont be getting them, but instead will get experience with quoting that sort of place so i'm not too worried about it, just would be nice to be better prepared

my main trouble s that they are asking for a regular company to clean 7 days a week in the morning. for an office i'm not so worried as i have experience with this and the work is fairly straight forward, but a public house i don't know, they could be expecting kitchen cleaning (again no experience) which i know is tricky, as well as regular carpet cleaning with chewing gum removal etc, and windows.

as mentionded i see this as expereicne rather then a chance to actually get them. i've never paid over weekend either for regular cleaning, only one offs so stayed at same rate, whats the normal extra for weekend mornings? i'm thinking perhaps have 1/2 people do weekday, another weekend etc so they get a break.

   you would be expected to clean toilets vac carpets clean table and chair legs
polish any brass sweep outside (cigs ends) dont touch table tops or vend machines you dont need to pay enhansed rates for weekend remember when pricing most pubs are skint but if no profit no point

ok thanks for advice, doesn't seem to bad if thats someties the case. it's not a pub exactly, but a public house, so don't know if that makes a difference. having a look online they seem to have 3/4 story high building and it looks fairly wide as well 

guess have to weight and see, our lack of expereicne has never let us down so far and in fact helped us so maybe it will when i get in touch.
