van insulation

hi all
have any of you insulated the back of your vans and if so wot did you use
i have a high roof transit lwb floor is ply lined and protectakoted
sides are ply lined ok this may help a bit
but im loosing the heat from the roof inc sides of roof
im not sure what to use
and i know its not the best time to be doing this!!
darent open the doors at the moment!!
any ideas

ive got the same van and i put loft insulation under plylining on my roof, seems ok so far although i still need to do all the doors.

yes i may try and put insulation behind ply lining on the sides
trouble is with the van all fitted out it wont be easy to get around it
nat suggested expanding foam down the sides
and 2"foam board for the roof

im going to do that , fit bulkhead too
