Evening all
does anyone know where I can get a replacement 50 foot solution hose with control valve for my prochem apex machine, the cheapest I can find is £130.00 plus vat.

Why do you want the cheapest?  Stick some mcdonalds straws together with sellotape that's really cheap

Seriously though, surely a reasonable quality high pressure hose is worth investing in?  Is it worth scrimping on a few quid only to have one split and scald you or even worse your customers or public if they are near?

Try pritek, good quality at a good price, they are hose people,
you are basically cutting out the middle man

Joe you don't have to be an Einstein to know nothing at WOC is the cheapest. I think you will find the £110 is for HALF the length he is after.

Yes indeed,  World Of Cleans price of £110 is for 25 feet of hose, the price for 50 feet is £131.20 +VAT+delivery.  If you do get the hose from Pirtek make sure it is the type that is NON MARKING.  I bought some from there years ago and it left marks all of light coloured carpets.

carpet cleaning supplier don't make hoses, so go to the hose people, find out what you can get from world of clean, solutions, etc and get that direct from hose supplier, ie. if its goodyear 3000psi, get that from hose supplier and cut out the middle man

Second that, i can get a machine pipe made up at the trade counter in about 15 minutes and they only charge for parts.
Last short piece of pipe I had made up was about £10.

Thanks for the responses. I have contacted Pirtek who can supply me hose with connectors using non marking material, rated to 3000psi for £60.00 plus vat. I am going to take the damaged one to them today to make sure that it is like for like.
