I'd like a £5 rule to be introduced, with a minimum charge rule of £50.
The question is, what counts as a window? So I prefer to charge 40p a pane, so a double pane window would be 80p, a 3 pane £1.20 and a 4 pane £1.60 but even then there can be very large panels, so using the width of one of these panes to guage the price for a large pane. This also helps on conservatories
Nathanael I have got a house with over 800 panes

How long has one pound rule per window existed. From how far back can anyone remember? Maybe its time to move the pound on soon. The one pound rule per window should only be a guide
