i do the odd lads day out on me in the summer, you know, paintball, quad bikes and so on but no christmas party yet as i dont think i employ enough people yet to make it really good, maybe in a year or 2.
how many people do you employ?

Take all the lads and their partners out for a meal at a local inn. We pay for the meal, they buy their own drinks.
