Internet banking problems / help
« on: December 04, 2009, 05:02:27 pm »
Does anyone have a problem with internet banking?

most of the time it works well, but i find it a pain copiying and pasting names or postcodes to the george programme,

first i have to find it in search, then go to debts then pay.... thats fine if its an odd one... but now i have lots and lots... and its taking a bloody while to get through them,

also some new customers do not put a name or postcode, and when i eventually track them down... they say they did !!!

but on the statement it shows numbers only.

Anyone else have problems ?

i think all banks are different. my statement shows the persons name who`s paid in so i find it quite easy.

I'm with abbey and only get a surname normally. Trouble is, i know most by their christian name only and yeh it can be a pain in the arse tracking down who paid. And i even have on the slips to text me if they pay online so i can allocate payment to their account. BUT do ya think they do?????????? Nope. I would wipe their arses for them too if i could  >:(
