Right click the job from Jobs or diary screen.
Select add to list
Once you have all the jobs on the list you can choose what you want to do with them from the box that appears.

You can move the job from one round to the other, change the date, mark all as done, skip reschedule etc etc

VERY useful and powerful function!

We do not collect at the door, so no problem.

Could do in batches though if you collect payments as you go.

Know what you mean. We simply refuse.

We have employees and I will not have dodgy custies accusing them of pocketing the cash.

Now we only accept payment direct to the office. If they don't like it, there are plenty other window cleaning companies out there. Never lost a job from it.

Only one thing though. Makes it awful easy for them to move away without paying. Grrr!

We started getting money up front now for first cleans, and 50% extra. This helps to cover the risks somewhat.

We have a lot on jobs which are invoiced at the end of the month. We found it too easy to miss out invoicing etc with WC Pro.

I like George for the fact that you can instantly see which jobs have been invoiced and which have not

Paul has made some really good improvements recently which have tipped the balance.

Liked Brad and Ian when talking on the phone but George is also very very good.

The bulk update and drag 'n' drop are what many of us have been waiting for for a long time.

With bulk update, yes, just do the ones who have paid separately from the non-payers.  Easy.
